The design came out accurate overall, with only a few tiny details that were off. My main frustration was that the communication wasn’t always clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at certain points. Not a bad experience, just a little annoying when things could’ve been explained better.

It was quick and simple, which is exactly what I needed. Nothing complicated, no hassle, just... done.

I was browsing minikatana and overall it was easy to get around. The product pages loaded fine for me, the pics were clear, and I didn’t have much trouble finding the main categories. Some parts of the site do feel kinda busy though, and a couple pages were slower than I expected. Checkout worked, but on mobile it felt a little clunky. Not a bad experience at all, just feels like it could be cleaned up and made simpler.

The issue did get sorted out eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of average. The only thing that really annoyed me was how aggressive the reminder emails/messages felt while I was still waiting for answers. I get following up, but it was a bit much.

He loved it! It looked really cool, arrived in perfect shape, and made him so happy. Overall, it was a great purchase and such a fun surprise...

I was waiting for this to come back in stock, but it took much longer than I expected. I kept checking and wondering, is it really still not available?? Kind of frustrating when you’re ready to buy and just have to keep waiting

Got my katana last week this thing is sharp. Like, really sharp. I tried it on some bottles and cardboard and it went through them super easily. Had to be extra careful cleaning it afterward, not gonna lie lol. So far I’m happy with it, happy.

The katana looks literally so nice in person. Shipping was okay, and while the box had a small dent, it wasn’t anything bad and the katana itself was fine.

Got my katana last week it feels waaay better than I thought it would. The blade and handle both feel really solid, and there’s no rattling, loose parts, or cheap feel to it at all. I’m happy with it overall

I got my katana from minikatana.com, the craftsmanship was better than I expected. The handle wrap feels tight, the blade looks really clean, and the small details don’t have that cheap look some display pieces can have.

You can tell they actually put some care into it, which I appreciated. The only thing is, it showed up right when I was dealing with a bunch of other stuff, so I didn’t really get to enjoy opening it as much as I wanted to. Bad timing on my end more than anything.

It’s mostly going to be for display, but it still feels solid when you hold it. Overall I’m happy with it, and once my timing is less chaotic, I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was weirdly blown away by how well my order was packed. Like, I expected a normal box, but this thing showed up looking like it was ready to survive a natural disaster. The box was super sturdy, everything inside was wrapped really nicely, and absolutely nothing was damaged. You can definitely tell they actually care about making sure stuff arrives safely.
